    • Level 3 Service includes:
    • All Level 2 items, PLUS
    • Disassemble the entire bike and deep clean all parts, overhaul all bearing systems
    • Flush hydraulic brakes, and replace & re-route all cables and housing.
    • Recommended every 100 hours of riding
    • Replacement parts are not included in service package price.
    • This service package is not available for non-Trek bikes.
    • E-Bike Service Includes:
    • All Level 1 items, PLUS
    • Inspection of electrical components and cables
    • Diagnostics & Firmware/Software updates

    Trek electric bikes amplify your own pedal power. This one-piece battery and cover takes the hassle out of removing your battery for transport, charging, or storage.

    Here’s what you need to know about how Trek e-bikes work and the parts that make them unique.

    High-Performance Motor

    The e-bike motor is located around the pedals in the bottom bracket area. When you’re pedaling, the e-bike gives you a boost. These bikes are all about possibility.

    On or off-road, they’re perfect for those who want to climb faster, explore more, or just get there a bit faster.

    Only e-bikes offer the flexibility to get in a workout, ride with a faster friend, haul a heavy load, or simply cruise.

    We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products, and quality work stands. Depending on the model, the motor has a power output between 250 and 350 watts and provides assist up to 32km/hr. As a by-product of our successful kids' trade-up program, we are able to reach the broader community by way of regular donations of used kids' bikes to non-profit community organizations, such as St.

    Vincent de Paul, Gear-Up Kingston, and Yellow Bike Action.
